WHAT IS HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING

 

Health & Wellness Coaching is a blend of humanistic psychology, behavioural change theory and life coaching, it is all about supporting you live the best life possible.

To achieve that, most people find that there need to be some improvements and modifications made to their way of living.  

In the coaching role, we act as your ally and support guiding you through those steps and stages.  

Together, we will work to help you form a clear picture of the kind of life you want to live, the healthiest, most fulfilling life possible for you, taking into consideration all aspects of your life.  

Starting exactly where you are, we then co-create a solid plan to facilitate and empower you to get there, with the support, understanding and encouragement necessary to achieve and sustain that life.

 

WHAT COACHING MODEL IS USED

 

The Wellness Mapping 360 model we work with, provides a structured, proven methodology that effectively supports the individuals movement toward healthy lifestyle change and is structured to provide both support and measurable outcomes.  

The method was created by Dr. Michael Arloski Ph.D. Psychologist and founder of Real Balance, with over 40 years experience in the wellness field and born out of a mixtures of humanistic psychology, behavioural change theory, and life coaching.
